CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS:  This notice is posted pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act. The Martindale City Council will meet for its Regular City Council Meeting on April 7, 2020 at 6:30 PM. The normal open meeting at City Hall is being replaced by a video conference meeting utilizing the application "ZOOM". This change is in response to the COVID-19 Disaster and allowed by the Governor’s State Disaster effective March 16, 2020.

CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC COMMENTS: Any Citizen who desires to address the City Council on matters not included on the agenda may do so during the Public Comments section of the Agenda.  The City Council may not deliberate on comments presented under this agenda item.  Due to the nature of this on-line meeting, citizens who wish to make a public comment should submit those in writing via e-mail to the city secretary (sgomez@martindale.texas.gov) or in the drop box located outside city hall at 409 Main St. Martindale Texas.  Comments should be limited to 500 words or less (approximately 1/2 page of an 8.5"x11" standard sheet of paper) to meet the normal 3-minute time limit per comment.  The first 10 comments submitted will be read at the meeting
