CITY COUNCIL MEETING:  October 6, 2020.  

TIME:  6:30  P.M.

LOCATION:  Martindale Meeting Room, 407 Main Street,                                             Martindale, Texas.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic concerns, the meeting will be simultaneously broadcast using the application "ZOOM". Citizens interested in appearing in person will be allowed in the council chambers up to the seating capacity of the chambers. Seating capacity is limited due to the need to maintain social distancing rules. Public seating will be allowed based on "first come, first seated" rules.

Due to the  nature of this on-line meeting, citizens who wish to make a public comment should  submit comments in writing via e-mail to the city secretary (sgomez@martindale.texas.gov) or in the drop box located outside city hall at 409 Main St. Martindale, Texas no later than noon, Tuesday, day of the meeting.  Comments should be limited to 500 words or less (approximately 1/2 page of an 8.5"x11" standard sheet of  paper) to meet the normal 3-minute time limit per comment.  The first 10 comments submitted will be read at the meeting.
