City Council and Public Hearing scheduled for April 6, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall Meeting Room.
This notice is posted pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act. The Martindale City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 6:30 pm. in the Martindale Meeting Room, 407 Main Street, Martindale.
Due to COVID-19 pandemic concerns the meeting will be simultaneously broadcast using the application "ZOOM". Citizens interested in appearing in person will be allowed in the council chambers up to the seating capacity of the chambers. Seating capacity is limited due to COVID-19 social distancing, which will be maintained. Public seating will be allowed based on "first come, first seated" rules. Citizens unable to attend this meeting can participate electronically via “ZOOM”. Citizens may submit their views and proposals to be read in the public hearing and/or agenda comments to City Clerk, Sylvia Gomez, e-mail sgomez@martindale.texas.gov or write to City Clerk, P.O. Box 365, Martindale, Texas 78655. All proposal, views and comments are to be received in the City Clerk's office no later than noon on the day of the meeting. Persons with disabilities that wish to attend this meeting should contact the City to arrange for assistance
