City Hall and Court will be closed on Thursday, July 2, 2020 in observance of July 4th, Independence Day. The Offices will open on Monday, July 6, 2020.
CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS: This notice is posted pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act. The Martindale City Council will meet for a Public Hearing concerning a proposed change within the Scenic Corridor and for the City’s Regular City Council Meeting on July 7, 2020. The Public Hearing will start at 6:30 PM in the Martindale Meeting Room, 407 Main Street, Martindale, Texas and The Regular City Council Meeting will start immediately following the Public Hearing.
Due to COVID-19 pandemic concerns the meeting will be simultaneously broadcast using the application "ZOOM". Citizens interested in appearing in person will be allowed in the council chambers up to the seating capacity of the chambers. Seating capacity is limited due to the need to maintain social distancing rules. Public seating will be allowed based on "first come, first seated" rules.
