CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC COMMENTS: Any Citizen who desires to address the City Council on matters not included on the agenda may do so during the Public Comments section of the Agenda. The City Council may not deliberate on comments presented under this agenda item. Due to the nature of this on-line meeting, citizens who wish to make a public comment should submit comment in writing via e-mail to the city secretary (email@example.com) or in the drop box located outside city hall at 409 Main St. Martindale Texas no later than noon on day of the City Council Meeting. Comments should be limited to 500 words or less (approximately 1/2 page of an 8.5"x11" standard sheet of paper) to meet the normal 3-minute time limit per comment. The first 10 comments submitted will be read at the meeting
